Precautions for acceptance of prestressed steel materials

1. The acceptance of prestressed steel should be carried out in accordance with relevant national standards. The test instruments should be national legal measuring instruments and comply with the test standards.2. If quality problems occur during acceptance, attention should be paid to checking whether the following items comply with regulations: (1) Whether the latest international standards and test methods are used for acceptance.(2) Whether the tonnage of the selected testing machine is appropriate; whether the measurement is accurate; whether the steel fracture is stuck; whether the nominal area is used to calculate the strength.(3) The elongation of steel should be measured using a sharp, standard marking distance tool that will not damage the surface of the steel.(4) Whether the steel itself has any serious corrosion or artificial surface damage caused by storage.
